Philippians 2:5-8 “Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equally with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on the cross.”
Well, we have had a great and challenging time with the series around the idiom “heaven”. Lives were changed thru these sermons! God has laid on my heart to do a series of sermons on the idiom of “hand”.
Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “idiom” as an expression that cannot be understood from the meanings of its separate words but has a separate meaning of its own: a form of a language that is spoke in a particular area and that uses some of its own words, grammar, and pronunciations.
